According to medical intuitive Caroline Myss PhD, PERSONAL POWER is a requirement for health. In these sessions which are aimed to connect you back to your personal power. We shine a light at what is not working as I facilitate new insights and shifts in your way of looking at any problem

You get my full attention, plus all the tools in my tool box to bring about any change you desire in your life.  We dive deep into any limiting beliefs which hold you back. And we pull back any power which you have knowingly or unknowingly given away.  

It is a deep compassionate inquiry within a loving and non judgmental space.  

Why am I the best person for this job?

I have spent more than 20 years in a career where listening is important and time and time again I have been complimented on my listening as well as questioning skills, from a cancer patients to medical specialists. I now have the awareness that this skill involves listening with my full body, my intuition as well as with an open heart with love and acceptance.  

 I am armed with many tools including mind detox, emotional freedom technique, neuro linguistic programming, gestalt therapy, solutions focussed coaching, colour coaching, soul coaching, oracle card reader, energy and soul medicine as well as transformational embodiment coaching.  

And I continue to learn from amazing thought leaders including Dr Lissa Rankin, Dr Gabor Mate, Dr John DeMartini, Dr Bruce Lipton, Dr Shefali and Louise Hay. But mostly I am most passionate about helping women realise that their power lies within themselves, not externally in any other person or circumstance.  I believe you are strong when you know who you are and when you honour your own truth.  I see my role in coaching as a divine empowering.

We meet via zoom for 50 minutes twice a month for a minimum of five months. 

You also get unlimited email access to me between our calls.  

The exchange for Empowerment Coaching is $444 AUD per month.
